Established in 2018, the OCS Foundation supports communities through education, health, poverty alleviation and environmental preservation. Two of OCS’s flagship programmes now extend the Foundation’s reach across distinct beneficiary groups: EMA, a youth employment programme supporting marginalised young Moroccans into the workforce since 2018; and Réussir, a scholarship programme launched in 2025 to support children of OCS employees through higher education.
